What I Offer

I create studio portraits of individuals, couples, families, and animals, and I also paint live at events in the New Orleans area so guests can watch the artwork unfold and even take home their own mini portrait. Many clients commission pieces for milestones—weddings, graduations, anniversaries, or memorials. I’m happy to advise on framing and can arrange delivery or insured shipping.

The Process

We begin with a conversation about your vision, size, budget, and timeline. From there, I gather references through a short sitting and/or curated photos, guiding lighting and pose so the portrait feels natural and true. You’ll review a composition sketch before I begin the final painting. As I work, I share progress updates and incorporate minor tweaks. Once complete, the painting is varnished for protection and readied for pickup, delivery, or shipment.

Pricing and Scheduling

I offer a range of sizes and compositions to fit most budgets, with transparent quotes before we begin and payment plans available. Because each piece is made by hand, my monthly slots are limited; booking eight to twelve weeks in advance is recommended for large-scale pieces to allow for dry time and shipment or delivery.
